I am Jennifer (Jenny) Harris, and I am happy to be your child's Social Studies teacher. I teach all Social Studies courses within the Special Education Department. I hope to get to know you and your child this year.

About Ms. Harris
Hook 'em!
I am a 2012 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, earning my Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Government. I was fortunate to have been assigned to McNeil High School as a student teacher. Once I was here I knew that McNeil was the place for me.
I'm proud to say that I have been a McNeil Maverick for 8 years. I love being a part of this dedicated staff!
I am certified in the areas of Special Education (EC-12); Social Studies (Grades 8-12); and English as a Second Language (ESL).
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, reading, and appreciating classic automobiles.
